GET READY FOR PICTURE DAY!

When: Your picture days will be Wednesday, October 8th and Thursday, October 9th.

If your child attends school on 10/8 they will get their picture taken that day. 

Children who do not attend on Wed 10/8 will be photographed on Thursday 10/9. 

We hope you can bring your child in for photos from 8:30-9:30 on Thursday 10/9 if they do not attend school regularly on a Wednesday or Thursday. We would love to have all of the Sunny Hill children on our end of the year class composite! (It will be in their end of the year booklets).

If families have additional children aged 1+ who don’t attend Sunny Hill and would like their picture taken, they can also come from 8:30-9:30 on Thursday 10/9.

What: Fine art school portraits capture a child's true personality. With a relaxed and fun approach to picture day, I capture natural expressions. We chat and joke to help bring out a natural smile. That being said, some children are naturally more serious and contemplative, and those expressions make for wonderful images as well! Whoever your child is, I capture their natural expressions and true emotions so you have images of a child you recognize.

How it works: Within 10 days of picture day, you will receive an email with a link to the completed gallery of portraits. My goal is to capture multiple images of your child so you can choose your favorite. (Or select them all!) You will have the option of ordering digital files, print products, and specialty items directly from your viewing gallery. You will have approximately 2 weeks to place your order. Digital files will be emailed directly to you. Prints and specialty items will be delivered to the school 2-3 weeks after the ordering window closes.

What to wear: To get the most from your images, kids should wear well-fitting clothes that they are comfortable in. Neutrals, solids, small prints, or patterns are great! I photograph on a neutral gray background so your child is the main focus.
